These terms apply to fadeconafrica.com and to registration for FADECON events, run by Fadecon Africa Limited. By using the site or registering, you accept them.

Using this site

You may browse, share and link to this site. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break in, scrape personal data, send spam through the forms, or impersonate others. We may update content, dates and programme details at any time.

Registration and attendance

Registering does not guarantee a place where capacity is limited. We may refuse or cancel a registration that breaks these terms or the event code of conduct. Programme, speakers and venue details may change; we will tell registered attendees about material changes by email.

Competition entries

Entries are subject to the championship rules published on the Championship page. You confirm the work you submit is your own and that your model or client agreed to be photographed. The judges’ decisions are final.

Images you upload

You keep ownership of your photos. You give Fadecon Africa Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted photos to judge entries and, with credit to you, to promote FADECON. You can withdraw promotional use at any time by writing to us; judging use continues until the competition ends.

Photography at the event

FADECON events are filmed and photographed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in event footage used to report on and promote FADECON.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
